Using FESTER ACRITON RESANADOR to repair exterior wall cracks offers several key advantages to ensure a durable and efficient repair:
1. High Adhesion and Ease of Use
As an acrylic patching paste, it provides excellent adhesion to concrete, plaster, and masonry. Its smooth paste consistency allows for easy application with a putty knife, effortlessly filling in cracks and bonding firmly with the substrate.
2. Exceptional Flexibility and Durability
Exterior walls regularly undergo thermal expansion, contraction, and subtle structural movement. Once cured, this repair paste forms a flexible membrane that moves with the building—preventing repaired cracks from reopening or new ones from forming.
3. Superior Waterproofing Protection
Cracks serve as the main entryway for moisture, which can cause severe structural damage over time. FESTER ACRITON RESANADOR forms a waterproof barrier upon curing, effectively blocking rain and moisture to protect the wall structure.
4. Smooth and Paintable Finish
The product dries to a very smooth finish that can be easily sanded and painted over. This ensures the repaired area blends seamlessly with the surrounding wall, preserving the exterior appearance of your property.
